Importance of pranayama (breath regulation exercise) during pregnancy

Pregnancy is a very special phase of a woman's life. It is a time that requires strength, endurance, flexibility, patience and resilience. More importantly, moms-to-be need more rest as they expend more energy supporting two or more. It is a time of anticipation as their bodies change every single day, every moment. Every week of the pregnancy is important for the healthy growth of the baby.

Pranayama or breath regulation is hence very important aspect for pregnant ladies. Ojjayi breathing is particularly helpful. Some of the many benefits include
1. Bring more oxygen to the baby🤗
2. Supplying more oxygen to preggies, keeping them calm and cool. Calm mommies -> calm babies 🍼
3. Providing preggies with more stamina during delivery.💃
4. When synchronized with pelvic engagement, it helps with the pushing of the baby during Labour. 💪
Join us for a session to experience the benefits. Contact Eng Chew at 90043925 to book a slot. 😊
Namaste!
